www.the-soccer-essentials.com In this video I want to talk about soccer cleats / football boots. Soccer Cleats Tip – Try a brand that has been around for a long time. If they have been around for a while then they are probably good, reliable soccer cleats. I wear the Adidas Copa. Soccer Cleats Tip – Don’t worry about getting flashy boots. Having a pair of fancy boots will not make you a better football player. I suggest getting a simple black boot that fits your foot and feels good while playing. Soccer Cleats Tip #3 – When you search for boots at the store or online, forget about the flashy boots and go for something comfortable and durable. I always recommend the Adidas Copa. The only reason i got the Nike Mercurial Vapor 5 because it was SO cheap and it was the pro version and it was the BEST in my price range and its doing good for me the only problem is that its too thin so when u get studded your toe is squashed and will hurt for a good few minutes

Haha i agree completely dont know why, but when i was 8 years old the good looking trainers used to make me go nuts. Now i seriously dont give a shit i just wonder if its comfortable or not

if there are stones where you practice then the sole will grow holes :P

but if there aren’t any then it works fine :)

ha ha yea mate i just buy the first pair of boots i try on in the shop after my old ones tear :P

i think there is an element of getting used to new shoes, but after a while you notice they don’t make a difference AT ALL no matter what

Mercurial Vapors are some of the best imo, cuz I think once you got the skills, boots can make a very slight impact. I.E. I can do a lot of juggling, but in some cleets I’ve had, they’ve made doing a simple around the world 55x more difficult then it should be. Another thing I think is really good advice someone gave me, is to bend the toe/front back while in the store, make sure its flexible, and make sure the heel is strong. This is the same thing runners do when picking good shoes.

Not much you should almost be able to touch the end of your boot, but be able to wiggle your toes comfortably.

Hey dude I wanted to ask how much room should there be between your toe and end of the toe box in cleats? I do agree on your statement. I just like to try out cleats! I used to be about how light they are, now it’s comfort. When I feel comfortable I play at my best. And not to advertise but CTR 360 Maestri III, Puma King Finale I, Tiempo Legend IV are extremely comfortable! You should try them out!!

Hey! I use Adidas lethal zones and its really good.. the problem is, i cant afford a new football shoe every now and then.. so i thought of buying an indoor shoe like you use in the video and use it to do all the running and fitness things, because i play in hard ground and do a lot of these fitness works and run a lot everyday.. can i use the indoor shoes to do all that and use my cleats for matches and ball touches alone? or is it only made for indoor use or something?

It’s not the boots the make the player. It’s the players that make the boot :)
